Our DineOut vertical is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for a dynamic Sr. Sales Executive to join our team. This role will play a key part in driving merchant acquisition, building strong partnerships, and ensuring the growth of our dine-in offerings.What's on your plate:Identify, acquire, and activate new restaurant partners through cold calls, field visits, and networking.Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Present Talabat’s value proposition, negotiate contracts, and close partnership agreements.Work closely with the Operations and Marketing teams to deliver measurable business impact and maximise the restaurant's performance through Talabat’s dineout program.Ensure a smooth onboarding process for partners; Support in resolving partner issues during the onboarding and post-activation stages.Collect market intelligence and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM toolsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or tech/marketplace industries.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Tech-savvy, with proficiency in G-Suite and Salesforce (preferred).Fluency in English and Arabic is requiredDriving License is a must.Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Additional InformationWork with a market-leading brand shaping the future of dining experiences in the region.Be part of a diverse, collaborative, and growth-driven team.Opportunity to make a measurable impact on the growth of Talabat’s dine-out business.Competitive compensation package and benefits.
