• Established 12 years ago, Offices span in UAE, UK, and opening in KSA. Headquarters in Dubai, UAE.

• After successful 2024, looking for Helpdesk IT Support to join the IT team.
• Reporting to the IT Manager.
• Provide support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Identify potential security risks and security measures as part of user support.
• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or ticketing system.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software security issues.
• Must have knowledge with computer network devices, active directory, Office 365, and SharePoint administration.
• Can speak fluent English and Mandarin.

• Full time, Remote job

• 20k to 25k HKD per month
