- Attend daily briefings, training sessions, and team meetings.
- Monitor and implement hotel standards, including HACCP, safety, and grooming.
- Take immediate action to correct hazards and report potential risks.
- Log incidents, accidents, and security concerns according to hotel policies.
- Support supervisors by reporting guest feedback and operational challenges.
- Previous experience as a Demi Chef De Partie in a 5-star hotel or luxury restaurant.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to supervise and lead a large team in a high-volume outlet.
