- Develop, monitor, and control project schedules using advanced planning software
- Create and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for various projects
- Conduct cost and schedule variance analyses to ensure project efficiency
- Implement Earned Value Management (EVMS) methodologies to track project performance
- Analyze manpower, labor hours, and costs against budget limitations
- Perform Time Impact Analysis to assess schedule changes and delays
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to align project goals and timelines
- Prepare and present detailed project reports for stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and tools
- Support the development of project baselines using drawings and specifications
- Assist in trend analysis and forecasting to optimize project performance
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and controls
- Advanced knowledge of ORACLE Primavera P6 Project Management Software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong understanding of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and cost/schedule variance analysis
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) methodologies
- Familiarity with project trend analysis, contract changes, and claims management
- Knowledge of Time Impact Analysis techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in construction or infrastructure projects is preferred
