- Plan and coordinate operational activities to meet production and injection targets.
- Review field performance, identify issues, and recommend recovery strategies.
- Lead operational planning, coordinate daily activities, and manage shutdown programs.
- Implement surveillance standards to optimize production across assets.
- Provide input for production forecasts, surface-subsurface integration, and flow assurance.
- Identify production optimization challenges and propose new technologies.
- Participate in root cause analysis, HAZOP reviews, risk assessments, and technology evaluations.
- Liaise with stakeholders on crude oil lifting programs, inventories, and shareholder equities.
- Support budget preparation, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost control.
- Lead risk management activities, ensuring compliance with ADNOC's policies and HSE framework.
- Prepare reports, KPIs, and management information for performance tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 12-15 years of oil and gas operations experience, including crude oil lifting procedures.
- Strong knowledge of production operations, smart field technologies, and SAP/PIES/hydrocarbon accounting systems.
- Familiarity with DCS, FGS, and ESD systems.
- Strong knowledge of commissioning, start-up, and E&P facilities.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic preferred).
- Excellent IT skills with MS Office applications.
- Strong HSE awareness and operational safety knowledge.
