As Concierge, you will:Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, becoming their key point of contact throughout their stay.Provide personalized recommendations on dining, entertainment, cultural attractions, and local experiences.Assist with reservations, ticketing, and transportation arrangements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly, exceeding expectations at every opportunity.Build strong relationships with local partners and vendors to secure exclusive services for guests.Maintain accurate knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and promotions.Coordinate with Front Office, Guest Relations, and other departments to deliver seamless luxury experiences.Handle VIP and special requests discreetly, ensuring guest privacy and satisfaction.Maintain an organized Concierge desk, ensuring all materials, brochures, and resources are up to date.Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the Front Office team.What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have:Previous experience as a Concierge or in a guest-facing role, ideally within luxury hospitality.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Arabic or other languages are an advantage).In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s attractions, dining scene, and cultural highlights.Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain composed under pressure.A professional and polished appearance with genuine passion for service.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.Why join LXR?
