Job Description:Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a company providing a comprehensive range of architecture and agricultural products in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Farm Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day farm operations, ensuring effective management of livestock, fruits, and vegetables, while maintaining strong communication with corporate managers.Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate daily farm activities including livestock care, crop planting, irrigation, and harvesting.- Monitor farm operations to ensure productivity, efficiency, and timely completion of tasks.- Send regular progress reports and updates to corporate managers, ensuring transparency and accountability.- Maintain basic records of farm activities, including livestock health, crop growth, and resource usage.- Train and guide farm workers to improve skills, productivity, and adherence to farm practices.- Ensure proper use of equipment, resources, and materials to maximize efficiency.- Build rapport with managers and team members, maintaining a positive and cooperative work environment.- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards across farm operations.Requirements- Diploma or certification in Agriculture, Animal Science, Horticulture, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).- Proven experience as a Farm Supervisor or in a similar role managing livestock, fruits, or vegetable cultivation.- Strong understanding of farm operations, including animal husbandry and crop management.- Ability to manage and motivate farm workers to achieve productivity goals.- Good written communication skills with the ability to draft basic work-related emails and reports.- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and long-term interest in growing with the company.- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.Benefits- Competitive salary plus benefits
