We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Career Counsellor to assist students and clients in exploring career options, assessing their skills and interests, and guiding them towards suitable educational and occupational pathways. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping individuals achieve their career goals.Key Responsibilities:Conduct individual and group career counseling sessions
Administer and interpret career assessment tools and interest inventories
Assist clients in identifying their strengths, skills, and career preferences
Provide guidance on educational pathways, job search strategies, and professional development
Stay updated on current labor market trends and occupational information
Develop and implement career planning workshops and seminars
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and client progress
Collaborate with educational institutions, employers, and other stakeholders
Support clients in resume writing, interview preparation, and skill developmentQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, Education, or related field
Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Career Development preferred
Certification in Career Counseling (optional)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess clients' needs and provide tailored guidance
Knowledge of career assessment tools and resources
Empathy, patience, and confidentiality
