As Assistant Chief Engineer, you will support the Director of Engineering in leading the Engineering & Maintenance function of the hotel, ensuring the property operates at the highest standards of safety, sustainability, and efficiency. You will be instrumental in the pre-opening phase, establishing processes, setting up technical systems, and preparing the team for a successful launch.Your key responsibilities include:Assisting in managing all engineering operations, including maintenance, repairs, fire & life safety, sustainability, and energy conservation.Supporting the Chief Engineer in the planning and execution of pre-opening tasks, handover from contractors, and operational readiness.Supervising and developing a skilled team of engineers and technicians, ensuring training and motivation in line with Hilton and LXR luxury standards.Coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure uninterrupted guest experiences.Monitoring energy and sustainability programs, ensuring compliance with Hilton’s LightStay and local regulatory requirements.Supporting budget planning, cost control, and contractor management for technical services.What are we looking for?
