- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing professional and friendly assistance
- Handle luggage with care and escort guests to their rooms, explaining hotel features and amenities
- Assist with valet parking services as required
- Maintain close coordination with the Front Desk team to ensure seamless guest service
- Offer guests information on hotel services, dining options, and local attractions when requested
- Support guest needs throughout their stay with courtesy and efficiency
- Represent the hotel brand by maintaining high grooming and service standards
- Previous experience in a similar bell attendant, concierge, or front-of-house role is required
- Strong customer service skills with excellent spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
- Outgoing personality with a friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to manage guest needs efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
