- Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and emergency repairs on electrical and mechanical systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with motors, pumps, HVAC units, plumbing systems, and control panels
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment
- Repair and maintain electrical systems including lighting, wiring, and power distribution
- Perform mechanical work involving valves, piping, kitchen and laundry equipment, and related machinery
- Respond quickly to service requests and breakdowns to reduce downtime
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, service logs, and safety inspections
- Ensure all activities comply with safety standards, regulations, and company procedures
- Contribute to sustainability and energy-saving initiatives across the property
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to resolve issues effectively
- Diploma or technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering
- Prior experience as a multi-skilled technician in hospitality, facilities management, or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical equipment
- Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings
- Skilled in troubleshooting and solving complex technical problems
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative team approach
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and respond to urgent maintenance needs
