- Position: Vice President Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Experience: 10+ Years | Sector: Private (Real Estate or Construction preferred)
- Develop and lead the organizations long-term Social Impact Strategy and measurable KPIs
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of CSR programs, partnerships, and community initiatives
- Serve as the primary liaison with external partners, internal departments, and key stakeholders
- Manage and report against global sustainability frameworks (GRI, DJSI, CDP, EcoVadis, etc.)
- Lead the Worker Welfare Program, ensuring responsible and ethical labor practices
- Craft compelling sustainability communications including press releases, reports, and campaigns
- Coordinate data collection for sustainability and governance reporting
- Manage and deploy an annual CSR budget of up to AED 40 million
- Stay current with CSR trends, regulatory updates, and best practices
- 10+ years of leadership experience in CSR, ESG, or sustainability roles
- Proven expertise in sustainability reporting and stakeholder engagement
- Skilled in developing visual dashboards, presentations, and impact reports
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelors degree in CSR, Communications, Political Science, Economics, or related field
- Strong understanding of UAE's CSR landscape and charitable regulations (a plus)
