- Assist with bookings, reservations, and scheduling using internal systems
- Promote hotel services, spa offerings, and F&B outlets to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain high standards of appearance, communication, and service etiquette
- Currently enrolled in a hospitality or business program, or a recent graduate seeking industry exposure
- Previous internship or part-time experience in a luxury setting is a plus
- Strong English communication skills; additional language fluency is advantageous
