- Accurately handle cash, credit, debit, and other payment methods at the point of sale.
- Greet customers, answer questions about products or store policies, and resolve basic issues or complaints.
- Provide customers with accurate receipts, sales invoices, and any related documentation for their purchases.
- Count the cash in the drawer at the beginning and end of the shift to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Inform customers about ongoing sales, promotions, financing options, or loyalty programs relevant to their purchases.
- Communicate effectively with sales staff and logistics teams to confirm product availability, delivery schedules, or special orders.
- At least 2 years of cashiering experience, preferably from a furniture retail store
- Immediate joiners are preferred
