- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment delivery.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organisation as a preferred employer in the property industry.
- Analyse hiring metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and local labour laws in Abu Dhabi.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition within a corporate environment, ideally inhouse and agency side
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and employer branding practices.
- Experience in managing recruitment teams and stakeholder collaboration.
- Familiarity with labour laws and compliance requirements in Abu Dhabi.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
