- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets within the assigned territory
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting large enterprises
- Generate new business opportunities and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with VP/C-level decision-makers in Business and IT
- Deliver compelling solution presentations and product demonstrations
- Focus on new logo acquisition while driving cross-sell and up-sell within existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams including technical, product, and executive resources to deliver client success
- Accurately manage forecasting, CRM updates, and reporting
- Minimum 5 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience targeting large organizations
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and executive-level engagement
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree required; strong technical curiosity and learning agility preferred
- Familiarity with CRM/BPM software solutions is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory
