We are seeking a skilled Ductmen to install, assemble, and repair duct systems for HVAC and ventilation projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ductwork, ensuring proper installation, safety compliance, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications related to ductwork systems.
Install, assemble, and fix ducting systems as per project requirements.
Measure and cut ducts accurately using hand and power tools.
Ensure proper sealing, insulation, and insulation of ducts.
Inspect installed systems for leaks, damages, or defects.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other construction team members.
Complete installation within scheduled timeframes and ensure quality standards.Qualifications & Experience:Proven experience as a Ductman, HVAC fitter, or similar role.
Knowledge of ducting materials, tools, and installation techniques.
Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
Good understanding of safety standards and practices.
Physical fitness and ability to work in confined or elevated spaces.
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems is an advantage.
