- Corporate Finance
- Conduct due diligence, feasibility studies, and valuations for M&A and investments.
- Monitor capital structure, debt, equity, and liquidity to ensure stability.
- Prepare materials for board, investors, and strategy sessions.
- Build and maintain financial models for allocation, planning, and scenarios.
- Support long-term forecasting and strategic planning.
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and detailed budget plans.
- Analyse results vs. forecasts, highlighting key performance drivers.
- Provide insights on performance, cost efficiency, and growth opportunities.
- Partner with divisions to ensure financial alignment with strategic goals.
- Performance & Data Analysis
- Track KPIs and benchmark against peers.
- Deliver reports, dashboards, and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Apply Python/R for regression, forecasting, simulations, and decision-tree models, integrating outputs into Excel, Power BI, and Dynamics 365.
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; ACA/ACCA/CFA preferred.
- Big 4 experience in the M&A / corporate finance dept is preferred
- 3+ years in financial due diligence, FP&A, corporate finance, or analytics.
- Real estate or hospitality experience strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Knowledge of IFRS helpful.
- Advanced Excel, Power Query, Python/R integration, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on coding in Python/R for predictive analytics and Excel integration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strategic, proactive, and effective in fast-paced environments.
