The Insurance Coordinator is responsible for managing insurance policies, processing claims, and providing exceptional support to clients and internal teams. The role involves ensuring compliance with insurance regulations, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating communication between clients, insurance providers, and internal departments.Key Responsibilities:Assist clients with insurance policy inquiries and documentation.
Process and manage insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
Review and verify insurance policies for coverage details and compliance.
Maintain up-to-date records of policies, claims, and client information.
Coordinate with insurance providers to facilitate policy renewals and updates.
Provide guidance to clients regarding coverage options and policy terms.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare reports related to insurance activities and claims status.
Support the sales team with policy quotations and client onboarding.
Resolve client issues related to insurance claims or coverage discrepancies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2-5 years of experience in insurance administration, claims processing, or a related role.
Knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and claims procedures.
Proficiency in insurance management software and MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
