- Support staff scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
- Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems. Support to meet department productivity and quality goals.
- Ensure to communicate regularly with the other IT department units regarding the status of current issues and support them to resolve the same.
- Ensure adequate network / IT provision to handle present and future requests. Confirm availability of the latest system backup.
- Manage the AMS request and align the resources accordingly.
- Ensure timely vendor coordination for line/PRI migration/ related issues and troubleshooting telecom application issues.
- Lead team and ensure services and support are delivered to branches and back offices meets high standards of quality.
- Responds to emergency situations during or after working hours, for the purpose of resolving immediate Telephony system concerns
- Prepares documentation in a variety of written and electronic formats (e.g. daily paperwork/log, time and materials, key and material records, key inventory, etc.) for the purpose of providing written support in compliance with regulations and/or conveying information.
- Supervise and manage the BAU activities such as: providing extensions/phone to the staff, Staff Resignation/Termination/Suspension, and Day to Day configurations & Support (L1 & L2).
