Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers welcome)Role:
· Make verification calls to customers
· Verify supporting information
· Identifying and updating any fraudulent activities in the system and escalate mismatches
· Follow compliance & KYC guidelines
· Good Listening and documentation skillsRequirements:
· Good communication skills
· Basic computer knowledge
