Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS.
Manage consolidation of financial results across multiple business units.
Ensure compliance with VAT, transfer pricing, and regional tax regulations.
Oversee annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, providing variance analysis.
Monitor cash flow, treasury operations, and risk management.
Support strategic decisions through financial modeling and scenario planning.
Drive automation and finance transformation initiatives with ERP and BI tools.
Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and asset accounting.
Ensure accurate billing, intercompany reconciliations, and financial controls.
Collaborate with commercial, procurement, and operations teams on financial alignment.
Provide financial insights for tenders, contracts, and partnerships.
Build strong relationships with auditors, banks, and regulators.
Lead and mentor finance team members to support organizational growth.

Ideal Profile

8+ years of finance experience, with at least 4 years in MIS and reporting.
Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA).
Strong knowledge of IFRS, commercial awareness, and strategic financial planning.
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Financials and business performance management tools.
Logistics or freight forwarding industry background preferred.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong analytical ability.
Excellent English communication skills; Arabic language is an advantage.
Strong time management, leadership, and multi-tasking abilities.
