Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain office files, documents, and records.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings.
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is organized.
Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure confidentiality and data protection.Requirements:Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus.
Ability to work proactively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
