- Supervise daily operations of the stewarding department, ensuring smooth service support for hotel operations
- Oversee sanitation and hygiene across all food production and service areas
- Maintain inventories, par stocks, and ensure adequate equipment availability in all outlets
- Control storeroom orders and distribution of china, silver, glassware, and related items
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and fire regulations in line with local laws and brand standards
- Manage cleaning schedules, garbage runs, and back-of-house cleanliness to established standards
- Lead and motivate the stewarding team to deliver consistent support across the hotel
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong operational knowledge with solid administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Outgoing and service-driven personality with a passion for excellence
- Flexible team player with excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of hygiene, health, and safety procedures in hospitality environments
