We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse In-Charge to oversee our parts warehouse operations within the Commercial Vehicles - AFM TMHE division in Dubai. This role ensures accurate inventory management, efficient warehouse processes, and compliance with safety standards.What you will do:
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of parts and supplies.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of parts to prevent damage.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of parts.
  • Implement and enforce warehouse safety procedures.
  • Optimize warehouse layout for operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and task allocation.
  • Enforce company policies and safety regulations
Required skills to be successful:
  • Proven experience in warehouse supervision or similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse operations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
About the teamYou will be part of the Commercial Vehicles - AFM TMHE aftersales division, working closely with the Aftersales Manager to ensure the smooth flow of parts operations. The team is performance-driven, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality service to both internal and external customersWhat equips you for the role:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse or parts operations.
  • Prior experience in the automotive or commercial vehicles sector.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment
