Job Description:Black & Grey HR is working with a fast-growing lighting manufacturing company seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead company's financial operations, drive strategic decision-making, and optimize their Odoo ERP system for scalability.Key Responsibilities:Financial Management & Reporting:- Manage and oversee daily operations of the finance department.- Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and forecasts.- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities.- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.ERP & Process Leadership:- Leverage Odoo ERP expertise to streamline accounting workflows, reporting, and automation.- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and financial transactions for accuracy.- Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support business growth.- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies. SStrategic & Team Leadership:- Mentor and supervise accounting staff, fostering a high-performance team.- Provide financial insights to guide strategic initiatives and investments.- Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational execution.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).- 5+ years in financial management, with 3+ years of hands-on Odoo ERP experience (mandatory).- Strong grasp of financial regulations, tax compliance, and IFRS/GAAP standards.- Advanced skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and ERP optimization.Benefits- Attractive Salary & Benefits
