- Conduct thorough examinations, review patient medical histories, and interpret diagnostic test results
- Diagnose and manage conditions including diabetes, thyroid disorders, metabolic disorders, and hormonal imbalances
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care practices
- Collaborate with other specialists and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, multidisciplinary care
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in endocrinology and integrate best practices into patient care
- Participate in medical conferences, research, and continuing education activities
- Medical degree from a recognized university
- Board certification in Endocrinology
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Consultant Endocrinologist in the UAE
- Minimum 5 years' experience in endocrinology at consultant level
- Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong diagnostic skills, with a patient-focused approach to care
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
