- 5+ years of business analysis experience, with 2+ years in AI/ML projects
- Strong understanding of AI concepts (machine learning, NLP, predictive analytics)
- Experience with data pipelines, model deployment, and algorithm lifecycle
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with tools like Python, Jupyter, Power BI, or cloud AI services (AWS, Azure)
