Inbound and outbound processing
Warehouse structure and storage types
Picking, packing, and physical inventory
Integration with production and transportation
SAP Transportation Management (TM):
Freight order and freight unit management
Carrier selection and transportation planning
Integration with warehouse and logistics execution
Charge calculation and settlement
Support Background Requirements
Proven experience in providing L2/L3 support for SAP TM and/or EWM modules
Ability to analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests
Experience with monitoring interfaces and background jobs
Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager or similar ticketing systems
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and end users to troubleshoot and resolve issues
