▪Willing to roll up sleeves and assist with overflow admin, meeting room setup, tea/coffee preparation, couriers, and facilities
▪First point of contact and ambassador for the firm, providing five-star service
▪Front of house experience, including handling a busy switchboard, is essential
▪Candidates from five-star hospitality with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply
▪Strong, stable work history required (no job-hopping)
▪Previous international law firm or professional services experience is a plus
▪Confident with accurate message taking and supporting the wider team with general reception/front of house duties
