Chalhoub Group is proud to be a member of the United Nations Global Compact, a signatory of the Women's Empowerment Principles, and to have pledged to reach Net Zero by 2040.What you'll be doingAs a Studio Stylist at Level Shoes, you will be part of a fast growing team styling luxury womenswear and menswear accessories for ecommerce shoots, ensuring consistency with our visual standards and brand guidelines. You will work closely with stylists, photographers, models, and studio teams to deliver high-quality, commercially strong imagery that reflects the Level Shoes brand.Key Responsibilities

Style products (on-model and/or still life) for ecommerce, CRM, and digital content, ensuring consistent alignment with brand and category-specific guidelines.

Present styled rail to Styling Editor for approval on a daily basis. Working together with the Styling Editor in any changes in the outfits, creating strong and on brand outfits.

Check and review own product images prior to going live. Alert Styling Editor about any issues or actions that need to be taken

Work with the Studio Production Coordinators in order to make sure that any reshoots are done correctly and in time

Ensure no more than 5% of your images are reshot per week, with 100% accurate product representation

Own key areas and projects that support the business whilst maintaining core job role

Communicate any complex issues to the Styling Editor or the Studio Production team and seek advice and help to resolve them. Constantly communicate workflow status and concerns to Studio Production Coordinator.

Prepare products for shoot including steaming, taping and ensuring proper fit for models.

Assist in creating and referencing styling moodboards and seasonal direction decks.

Take part in monthly image reviews and apply feedback from creative and studio teams to elevate styling output.

Coordinate sample call ins and returns as directed by styling & creative team

Maintain an organized styling area and ensure studio wardrobe is well-kept.

Stay informed on fashion and trend insights, especially within the GCC and global luxury markets.

What you'll need to succeed

1-2 years of experience of styling (or assisting ) in an the luxury fashion ecommerce environment.

Experience of working with models.

Awareness of seasonal trends.

Knowledge of luxury brands and brand pairings.

A flair and individuality combined with awareness of the Level Shoes brand

Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast paced environment.

Proven experience of working in a collaborative and professional manner with members of your own team and the wider business.

Ability to keep up with the deadlines and have a good attention to detail.

Excellent work ethic.

Pro-activeness and ability to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the image quality of the site and studio processes.

Strong time management skills.
UAE driving license would be an added benefit for this role
