We have been instructed by one of our key clients who operates in the logistics & transport space to help recruit a Head of Ethics & Compliance to join their well established compliance function.Reporting into the General Counsel, the new Head of Compliance will lead an established team of five compliance professionals in executing a full compliance program covering policies & procedures, ethics, code of conduct, anti-bribery, sanctions, data protection, investigations, training as well as people management.The desired candidate will ideally have at least 10 years of senior level compliance experience gained within logistics, transport, aviation or aerospace sectors.This role would suit someone in a "Head of" position currently, or a "no.2" looking take the next step in their career. Candidates outside of the UAE will also be considered.Native level English speaking and writing skills are essential. As this role would regularly report into the board, strong presentation skills are required.Good salary on offer with exceptional broader benefits.
