- Prepare strategic plans, annual budgets (zero-based), and quarterly forecasts in coordination with stakeholders, with actionable plans for delivery
- Upload plans, budgets, and forecasts into relevant systems
- Prepare presentations for Retail and Group leadership teams
- Generate regular operational and financial performance reports for stakeholders
- Analyze variances against budgets and prior years, recommending improvement actions
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions
- Drive process automation to improve efficiency
- Upload budgets and forecasts into Anaplan and develop reports and dashboards using the platform
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; professional certifications such as CA, CMA, CFA, or CPA (in process or completed) preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, preferably in the retail sector within the Middle East or Southeast Asia
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office; working knowledge of SAP ERP, BPC, and Anaplan
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with sound business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
