Define and lead a unified data strategy across a multi-entity organisation.Establish governance frameworks to ensure data quality, privacy, and compliance.Oversee scalable data platforms supporting advanced analytics and decision-making.Drive adoption of AI and machine learning to deliver actionable insights.Enable secure and ethical data sharing across internal and external stakeholders.Promote a data-driven culture through training and capability building.Lead and develop a high-performing team of data professionals.Profile
Minimum 15 years' experience in data strategy, governance, or analytics, with at least 5 years in executive leadership roles.Proven track record of leading large-scale data programmes across complex organisations.Strong expertise in data governance, privacy, AI ethics, and regulatory compliance.Advanced knowledge of data infrastructure, cloud platforms, and analytical tools.Exceptional stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.Job Offer
