- Monitor and maintain service equipment and ensure outlet cleanliness and readiness
- Oversee menu and wine list planning and assist in creating innovative offerings
- Control stock levels, monitor security procedures, and manage inventory efficiently
- Supervise functions, restaurant service, and team performance to meet brand standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Provide training and guidance to team members to improve service delivery
- Previous experience in A La Carte restaurant operations is essential
- Advanced beverage knowledge and passion for food
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
