Facilities Manager

• Bacheloru0027s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Property Management, or related field
• FM Certification (e.g., IFMA, CFM, or equivalent) strongly preferred
• UAE Society of Engineers (SOE) membership an advantage
• Familiarity with UAE Civil Defence, municipality regulations, and HSE compliance
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Strong leadership and vendor coordination skills
• Excellent communication, discretion, and professionalism in VIP/VVIP environments

• 7-10 yearsu0027 experience in facilities management, with at least 3-5 years in luxury estates, royal residences, 5-star hospitality, or high-end residential compounds in UAE/GCC
• Proven ability managing multi-site facilities, coordinating contractors, and leading technical/soft services teams
• Track record of implementing preventive and reactive maintenance, managing budgets, and enhancing efficiency in VVIP settings
• Skilled in MEP, HVAC, water treatment, waste management, housekeeping, landscaping, and security coordination
• Experience with CMMS and maintaining statutory records, certifications, and inspection reports

• Oversee planning, operation, and maintenance of estate facilities, systems, and infrastructure
• Lead multidisciplinary teams (engineering, housekeeping, landscaping, security, soft services) for smooth daily operations
• Implement preventive/reactive maintenance to preserve assets and minimize downtime
• Ensure readiness of facilities for events, seasonal requirements, and VIP use
• Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and performance reviews
• Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor costs, and optimize resources
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE, Civil Defence, and municipality codes
• Conduct risk assessments, fire drills, and emergency preparedness
• Maintain asset registers, maintenance logs, and warranty records
• Uphold luxury estate standards across residences, staff quarters, and guest areas
• Liaise with household staff and senior management to align on priorities
