- Assist the Project Manager in ensuring project execution aligns with contract and engineering standards
- Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera (P6)
- Prepare progress reports, manpower plans, and cash flow forecasts
- Monitor progress and productivity using earned value analysis
- Handle interim payment processing and contractor claims in coordination with the Contracts Engineer
- Work closely with internal teams and consultants to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience with a real estate developer
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and reporting tools
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
- Experience in residential construction is preferred
