- Respond to partner queries via Freshdesk in a clear, professional manner, following internal SOPs and within defined timelines
- Categorize and prioritize incoming tickets based on urgency, impact, and issue type
- Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Scheduling, Logistics, and QA to ensure timely resolution of partner issues
- Maintain detailed, accurate ticket documentation to ensure visibility and continuity
- Escalate complex, unclear, or high-impact cases to senior team members with appropriate context and urgency
- Monitor personal queue to ensure SLA targets for response and resolution are consistently met
- Track recurring issues and flag patterns to support process improvement and cross-team alignment
- Collaborate with departments such as Training, Finance, Customer Support, and Product to route or follow up on specific cases affecting partner operations
- 1–2 years of experience in a coordination, customer support, or operational role
- Strong written English communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Freshdesk, Google Sheets, CRM systems, or similar platforms
- High attention to detail and consistency in following structured processes or SOPs
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and stay organized under pressure
- Professional, service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability
- Experience working in high-volume or fast-paced environments is a plus
- Familiarity with ticketing tools, basic reporting, or partner/vendor management is a plus
