Manage Ocean Import and Ocean Export end-to-end operations.
Planning, Booking, Transportation and Documentation of Ocean Freight Shipments
Coordination and follow up of the shipments end-to-end
Customs Clearance coordination for Ocean Export and Ocean Import shipments
Invoicing and Costing
Updating to the customer (internal and external reporting of the shipments to the customer) by various means (mail, phone, EDI)
Operational troubleshooting
Non-conformance reporting in accordance with the KPI's
Adherence of approved subcontractors in accordance with agreed rates
Closely coordinate with various stakeholders such as but not limited to PSA BDP external (Network offices, Agents, suppliers and Ports) and internal (Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Customs departments)
Punctual and flawless shipment handling and documentation

Exemption TypeExempt (Salaried)Job RequirementsQualifications / Experience

+3 years of demonstrated experience of logistics and forwarding operations, regulations and documentation
A professional degree by a licensed educational institution
High standard of computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications and relevant transport management applications.
