- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage with Hotel's Purchase Managers/IT Managers,and decision-makers to generate leads and secure a set number of qualified meetings each week.
- Collect Data: Gather relevant data from Hotels.
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, follow-ups, and meeting outcomes using CRM tools.
- Insight Reporting: Provide regular updates to the team to identify untapped market opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Strategy teams to align outreach efforts with overall business objectives.
- High-energy, self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed weekly meeting targets in a sales or business development environment.
- Strong analytical and research skills; comfortable working with Excel, CRM platforms, and presentation tools.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience working with Hotels would be an advantage but not mandatory.
