Mechanical Technician

• Applying preventive and protective maintenance plan according to the yearly schedule
• Responding to mechanical failures of Production line and Faults troubleshooting
• Plant Daily inspection and ensure all Equipment's work in Good Condition
• Cooperate with maintenance, Production team for carry out regular tasks
• Follow the maintenance procedure and fill out Daily, Weekly reports and all related Maintenance Reports.

• Strong background in Flour Mill Industry as Mechanical Technician
• Ability to change Grinding rolls and know the details about all Mill equipment's (Especially Flour Mill Plant of Turkey)
• Creative mind and able to solve problems and reduce the break down time
• Fabrication and Plumbing work knowledge are an advantage.
