- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures with precision and professionalism.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Lead and supervise junior medical staff, offering training and guidance to maintain high standards of care.
- Monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment as necessary for optimal outcomes.
- Participate in continuous education and training initiatives for healthcare professionals and students.
- Ensure compliance with ethical practices, hospital protocols, and regulatory standards at all times.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Pediatric Intensive Care or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PICU, preferably in a leading hospital setting.
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced clinical environment.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a collaborative approach to team-based care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Must have received Western education or training.
