What you'll doAs a Supervisor with the Dorchester Collection, you will lead daily operations to safeguard our residents, guests, employees, and assets. This pivotal role combines operational oversight with hands-on leadership, ensuring our Host personnel deliver service that exceeds expectations while maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards. Guided by our values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together, and Creativity, you will inspire excellence, protect our community, and contribute to the world-class experience for which the Dorchester Collection is renowned.

Work closely with Duty Managers to minimize risks and maintain operational efficiency.
Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company standards.
Coordinate and monitor the performance of all Host personnel.
Respond to incidents, accidents, and fire alarms, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
Support investigations, handle complaints, and assist in conflict resolution.
Working in one of the world's most iconic luxury residencies, you must display excellent product and property knowledge at all times and take every opportunity to engage with the Residents and their family in an efficient and professional manner
To provide all Residents, their family and guests with a positive first impression of One at Palm Jumeirah and act as an ambassador for the Dorchester Collection
To act as a team player and provide effective day to day communication with Residents, their family and guests as well as with your colleagues
To develop and maintain positive and productive service focused working relationships with Residents, their families and their guests as well as external potential perspective owners
To represent Omniyat and Dorchester Collection and become a point of contact within the department
Promote a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, employees, and contractors.
Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are followed.
Maintain confidentiality and safeguard proprietary information.
To provide lateral service within Dorchester Collection properties whenever needed.

What you'll bring

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred.
Valid police clearance, SIRA license, and First Aid certification.
Proven security experience in luxury hotels; Police or Military background an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage.
High integrity, professionalism, and ability to work independently.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and relocate within Dorchester Collection if required.
