Bus Driver

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in safe operating condition.
• Assist passengers in boarding and alighting the bus, providing support to those with disabilities or special needs.
• Maintain a clean and orderly bus interior, ensuring a pleasant environment for passengers.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members regarding route changes or delays.
• Monitor passenger behavior and enforce safety rules to ensure a secure travel experience.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger counts.
• Respond to passenger inquiries and provide information about routes and schedules.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance driving skills and knowledge of safety protocols.
• Report any accidents, incidents, or mechanical issues to the appropriate authorities promptly.
