To deliver engaging and effective English lessons to Key Stage 3 students, fostering a love for literature and language, and supporting their academic and personal development in accordance with the national curriculum.Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse student needs.
Assess, monitor, and record students' progress, providing feedback to support their development.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
Develop and implement schemes of work and lesson plans aligned with national curriculum requirements.
Support students' literacy and language development through targeted interventions.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student achievement.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development activities.
Uphold the school's policies, including safeguarding and behavior management.
