Maintenance Supervisor

• Experience in preventative maintenance, critical parts maintenance, and local repairs.
• Implementing GMP and 5 S, ISO 22000, HACCP, and HSE audit records.
• Manage the planning and scheduling of the maintenance work using the work order system
• Consult with production personnel to determine equipment operating and maintenance needs
• Ensure efficient maintenance and up keeping of all factory buildings, grounds, service and production equipment
• Administer the parts room for adherence to company policies and ensure availability of necessary parts, elimination of obsolete material, adjustment and optimization of stocking levels
• Institute an effective preventive maintenance and spare parts management program to ensure efficient production operation within cost targets
• Develop the proper control procedures for maintenance, such as work orders, work schedules, equipment listing, machinery
