Audit and verify all pension-related transactions, including new enrollments, variations, and terminations.Review monthly employer and member calculations, such as end-of-service and previous service accruals, to ensure compliance with Pension Law.Validate payroll data and HR transactions (e.g. deductions, allowances, reimbursements, EOS) in collaboration with the Human Capital team.Monitor finance and investment disbursements including vendor, supplier, and fixed deposit payments.Prepare and escalate error reports, and issue monthly continuous monitoring reports to senior leadership.Ensure all activities adhere to internal policies, legal frameworks, and EHS regulations.Profile
UAE National with Family Book3-6 years of experience in payroll, finance operations, or auditing, ideally within a government, or large institutional environment.Strong working knowledge of payroll processing, pension calculations, and end-of-service benefits.Proven track record in auditing financial transactions, identifying errors, and preparing high-quality reports for senior management.Familiarity with UAE Pension Law, payroll regulations, and HR policy frameworks.High attention to detail, with the ability to review large volumes of transactions while maintaining accuracy and compliance.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across departments.Proficiency in Excel and enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms).Job Offer
