- Lead end-to-end import operations, from shipment preparation to final delivery
- Develop and manage freight forwarder SLAs, focusing on cost optimization and on-time performance
- Drive operational excellence through data-driven decision making and process improvements
- Partner with multiple stakeholders to streamline import documentation and customs clearance
- Identify and implement scalable solutions for complex supply chain challengesBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of team management experience
- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Demonstrated experience with UAE/KSA customs regulations and import procedures
- Strong track record of managing freight forwarder relationships
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience with Amazon or similar e-commerce operations
- Project management certification
- Multi-category import experience
