Cost Accountant

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or marine.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CMA certification preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills.

• Prepare and maintain cost accounting records for various yacht models and production processes.
• Analyze standard and actual costs to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory valuation, raw material costs, labor, and overhead expenses.
• Assist in product costing, pricing analysis, and margin assessments.
• Work closely with production and procurement to track and control wastage, rework, and material consumption.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly cost reviews and support the budgeting process.
• Participate in BOM (Bill of Materials) validation, cost simulations, and profitability analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors and support financial reporting related to cost accounts.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to management to improve cost-efficiency and profitability.
