Scaffolder

Key Responsibilities:

- Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures according to safety regulations and company standards
- Ensure that scaffolding is stable and secure for workers to use
- Inspect scaffolding regularly for any damages or defects and report any issues to the supervisor
- Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols while working at heights
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow blueprints and construction plans to determine the correct placement and design of scaffolding
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
- Attend training sessions and safety meetings as required by the company
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to scaffolding work

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scaffolder in the construction industry
- Valid scaffolding certification or license from
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to scaffolding work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Physically fit and able to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different job sites as needed
- Must have a construction background and understanding of construction processes
